摘要

Microchannel heat exchangers are widely used in various industries for saving energy and resources. The heat transfer rate of convective heat transfer can be enhanced by reducing the channel size, changing geometry, boundary conditions or by optimizing the flow arrangement. Development in micromachining and micro-miniaturization techniques has made possible the fabrication of metallic and non-metallic microchannel heat exchanger. In this report, the recent development in heat transfer enhancement of stacked microchannel heat exchanger published in open literature is introduced.
