摘要

The liquid structure of the bulk amorphous Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) alloy is analysed by X-ray diffraction. The first co-ordination-sphere radii and the first co-ordination numbers are 0.305 nm and 11.296 respectively in a liquid state. The cluster correlation radius is 1.49 nm, and the number of atoms in cluster is 639. As revealed with comparison of a structure of the amorphous alloy in a liquid state with that in a solid state, the arrangement of the atoms' positions is same in a liquid state and in a solid one. However, the size of cluster is smaller in a liquid than that in a solid.
