摘要

A comparative analysis is performed of sintering ability of the ultradisperse powders of tetragonal zirconia containing single crystal particles and powders of the same composition containing large size polycrystal particles obtained by spraypyrolysis. It is shown that despite the large size of the particles the efficiency of sintering for both powders appeared comparable whereas the density observed at the final stage of sintering exceeds the density of the material sintered fromultradisperse single crystal powders.
