Price trend to change in Q3

Due to the reversal of FOB quotations in May (up $20-30/t to $710-720/tFOB Black Sea, Russian steel products), CIS prices have closely approachedexport ones. Nevertheless, that will not cause a rapid trend change in thehome markets. In Russia and Kazakhstan, domestic quotations will stayunchanged in June, they may add 4% in Ukraine only. The further growth ofglobal demand will enable producers to put up export quotations in July-August, which will cause a 2-6% rise in CIS domestic prices in this period.
