Status of lactation in females suffering from iron deficiency anemia

Pronounced disorders in laceration in puerperia with anemia combined with chronic pyelonephritis were observed. To treat hypogalactia opilak intesifying lactogenesis (1 tablet 2--3 times a day during 8--10 days) and hormonal preparation lactin (5 ml i/m in 2--3 days) in a course (2--3 injections) were administrated. Therapeutical measurement carried out by us contributed to perfection in lactopoesis and lactation findings that was recorded by the end of the first well alter delivery.
