Price trend to change in Q3

Due to the reversal of FOB quotations in May (up $20-30/t to $710-720/t FOB Black Sea, Russian steel products), CIS prices have closely approached export ones. Nevertheless, that will not cause a rapid trend change in the home markets. In Russia and Kazakhstan, domestic quotations will stay unchanged in June, they may add 4% in Ukraine only.
