Flats prices continue to grow

In April, the CIS exporters of slabs and finished products kept raisingprices. Russian HR coils were offered at $720-740/t fob Black Seaports, up $60-80/t, while slab price increased to $580-600/t fob. At theFar East and Caspian Sea ports, prices for HR flats moved up $40-80/t to$660-670/t fob and $690-710/t fob, respectively.
