A low cost high stability package oven controlled crystal oscillator

摘要

This paper presents the design and development of an insulated- gate metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor based oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) for Standard Time & Frequency Signal (STFS)receiving system as a frequency reference. The other applications of this unit are as a frequency reference source for Master clock, Frequency Counter, Electronic Test & Measuring Instruments etc. The unit is highly stable compact and low cost as it uses all indigenous components. The Know-how for production of OCXO has been transferred to an Indian Industry.
