It may be a mature industry,but it can still rock n' roll.The National Paint and Coatings Association (NPCA) will hold its 118th annual meeting and industry leadership conference at the Cleveland Kenaissance Hotel,Oct.23-25.This year,RPM and Sherwin-Williams are co-sponsoring the welcome reception at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame from 6:30-9:30 p.m on Sunday,Oct.23.
