This year marks the end of an era-and the beginning of a new one-for the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT).The International Coatings Expo (ICE) 2004 will take place Oct.27-29 in Chicago,marketing its return to the Windy City and the end of its presence as an annual event for the paint and coatings industry.
