Lord Corp.,a Cary,NC-based coatings,adhesives and sealants manufacturer,has acquired L/T Technologies,LLC,which had been a joint venture between it and Treffert GmbH and Co.L/T Technologies specializes in the development,manufacture and distribution of waterborne and acrylic UV-curable wood coatings for printed composite boards,hardwood flooring,linear profiles and door skins,as well as furniture foils.
