Influence of various physical factors on the generation of conical emission in the propagation of high-power femtosecond laser pulses in air

A model of the nonstationary nonlinear-optical interaction of high-power laser radiation of femtosecond duration with an air medium is proposed which takes into account the self-steepening of the temporal fronts of the laser pulses.
