Optically active absorptive Fabry-Perot etalon

摘要

The influence of absorption on the intensities of reflected light from a Pabry—Perot etalon (Bi^GeOao plate) for incident Ep light is investigated. It is shown that the absorption reduces the effect of optical activity. The mathematical modelling shows a drastic change in the interferograms when absorption is taken into account.
