Congenital Tracheobiliary Fistula Shown on Tc-99m-EHIDA Hepatobiliary Scintigraphy

A 1-year 5-month-old male patient had a history of recurrent cough and pneumonia, which required antibiotics and bronchodilators. CT suggested the possibility of congenital tracheobiliary fistula. However, a diagnosis could not be made based on CT alone. A Tc-99m-EHIDA hepato-biliary scintigraphy was then performed, which led to a definite diagnosis of tracheobiliary fistula.
