Australia’s Hodges Resources to start mining low-ash coking coal in USA

Australia’s Hodges Resources intends to acquire 100% of the Knox coking coal project, Kentucky, USA, which contains four mines (proven reserves of 2 mt) of 12 sq km in area, as well as loading facilities, access roads and a preparation plant. The feasibility study for the project will be developed within 90 days after the transaction is completed.
