Scrap from Baltic region sold to Turkey

Few deals for scrap are being made in Turkey. One of steelmaking plants has bought a mixed shipment of scrap from a supplier in Baltic region at earlier prices. To cover its needs, a company from Iskenderun region has bought 26,000 t of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $369/t CFR, 2,000 t of shreds at $374/t CFR and 2,000 t of P&S at $379/t CFR from a Russian supplier in St. Petersburg. Prices have been the same as in the last deal as the supplier has managed to keep them from falling.
