Chinese plate exporters raise offers again

Chinese plate exporters have again lifted offer prices referring to a steep upturn in import iron ore prices (+8-10/t in a week). Besides, trading companies continue to buy up mills’ products fearing they will grow further in price, as in June most traders selling cheaper than mills. Yingkou Steel and Shagang Group have raised prices for grade SS400 plates made to JIS G3101 by $10-15/t and $5/t respectively.
