After a disaster, we allow our clients to return to a home or business that has been properly cleaned and repaired, so they can regain their personal and business lives. In addition to the physical work, we provide another lasting service. Long after the equipment has been removed and the last piece of baseboard installed, the documentation lives on. When a home is sold, often there are disclosure laws to protect the buyer regarding water, smoke, mold or structural damage. While it isn't feasible for a buyer to look behind the drywall or under the hardwood flooring, they can look to our documentation. Disclosure states there was a problem. Our documentation verifies there was a solution.
