Japan's petrochemical and domestic-tanker industries have released a final report compiled during a liaison meeting reconfirming major,urgent problems facing both their industries along with recommendations for ways to solve them.The problems include declines in the numbers of chemical tankers and the crewmembers to staff them.The two industries have agreed to hold study meetings to solve these and other pressing problems.
