An increasingly rigid iurisdiction for product liability as well as the accompanying legislative development requires of governing bodies of the food manufacturers and the food trade sufficient knowledge concerning boundaries of its duty to exesufficient knowledge about boundaries concerning the exercise of due diligence with the distribution of food product. In addition, the meaning of penal product responsibility defective products is increasing.
