摘要

The official committees of valuation experts have the task to inform about the property market. Therefore they have to keep a schedule of purchase prices and to analyze the collected data in a qualified manner. The official committees of valuation experts also have to determine mean land values for urban areas in periods of one or two years. The results are urban areas in periods of one or two years. The results are presented in a schedule of comparable land values or in a price contour map. These works are more and more executed by using digital techniques, and also the presentation of the results proceeds to modern information technologies like the world wide web (www). The following report describes the concepts and strategies of those agencies of land valuation boards in the state of Hessen which are established at the cadastral offices.
