摘要

Generation mean analysis was carried out involving four parents for yield and yield components in soybean (Glycine max (L.) Marrill.). The study has broughtout the influence of additive gene action for seed yield and dry matter production. Number ofpods and 100 -seed weight were found to govern by both additive and non-additive gene action. Protein content was found to be controlled by additive and non-additive gene action with preponderance of non-additive component.
