The final problem

When it became certain that the MGA would cease to function in its present format, the decision was taken to try to prepare a final edition of the Mushroom Journal that recognised this fact in its content. Not exactly an obituary edition nor a welterof nostalgia and lament and certainly not just another edition only seen to be the last because no more appeared in 2007. But as we prepare for this final edition it is becoming clear that the task we've set ourselves is an onerous one.lt is afterall only the MGA that is leaving the party, members, and the industry as a whole, will continue partying into the coming years. We of course hope your fortunes will improve but saying goodbye and good luck is difficult, even though the situation is helped by adegree of natural inevitability as the industry matures and retrenches.
