Annual Section Meeting

The Annual Section Meeting (ASM) was held on Monday 21st March 2011 at the Geebung Polo Club. Prior to the meeting, the number of proxies received, together with the presence of committee members, established that a quorum existed, so the meeting could proceed. The Secretary, Rebecca Lee, called the meeting to order, welcomed the 47 attendees and proceeded to conduct the meeting according to the agenda, a copy of which, together with the Financial report and the Chairman's report, had been given to each attendee.
