Cascades to Sell Boxboard Mill, Carton Plant

Cascades Inc. has entered into an agreement with OpenGate Capital, a private equity firm, for the sale of two of its packaging facilities, namely the Versailles boxboard mill located in Connecticut and the Hebron folding carton plant located in Kentucky. The sale is expected to be completed on June 23. Terms were not disclosed.
