At Penybont, a few miles north of Aberystwyth, there are two panoramas to enjoy: one geographical and the other historical. The top of the hill commands a view of the Dovey estuary and the mountains of North Wales, while in the lane below you can learn about 60 years of organic history from two women who have been at its heart. On Bryn Llys Farm live Rachel and Gareth Rowlands, founders of Rachel's Dairy; close by, in a secluded bungalow, is Rachel's mother Dinah Williams, a spry and humorous 94-year-old.
