The Soil Association's Local Food Links initiative has sparked the public imagination. In fact, the Soil Association's Bristol offices have only just been able to keep up with inquiries from people wishing to find locallyproduced organic food. Our "Directory of Farm Shops and Box Schemes' sold its 10,000th copy in July, and an updated edition is now out.
