The Coordination Mechanism Selection from Vendor Perspective: A Grey Relational Analysis Approach

An objective methodology for vendor to select inter-organization coordination mechanisms is completed via grey relational analysis. The problem is formalized as to select mechanism combinations from alternatives while client requirements and experience of former experience is deemed as the referential. A step by step approach is developed, followed by an explorative instance.
