Traditional methods of measuring sound - such as pressure levels, octave band analysis, and FFT analysis - do not provide enough information to do a comprehensive analysis. LDS-Dactron's RT Pro Sound Quality Analysis module takes this analysis to the next level, and allows the user to make subjective and objective assessments about the nature of the noise generated from their product. The first step is acquiring the acoustic time domain signals. LDS-Dactron provides simple and adaptable options to meet the user's requirements. The optimal route uses the LDS-Dactron Photon II and Focus II Dynamic Signal Analysis systems with data recording software. Recorded acoustics signals can then be seamlessly and immediately brought into the Sound Quality Analysis software for analysis.
