Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Grindrod Corridor Management Proprietary Limited and Terminal de Carv?o da Matola Limitada (“TCM”), both subsidiaries of Grindrod Limited (“Grindrod”), for the settlement of both historic and future liabilities, up to the end of December 2016, remaining under the current terms of the August 2008 Throughput Agreement (“Throughput Agreement”).
