Oil Search to Take Over InterOil

Oil Search, an oil and gas exploration and production company with its primary operations in Papua New Guinea(PNG) has agreed with its rival InterOil to acquire 100% shares of InterOil. By integrating upstream resources owned byboth companies, Oil Search will further accelerate two LNG developments in Papua New Guinea such as the new PapuaLNG and the existing PNG LNG.
