Larvik cell secures pulp mill funds

The European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD)has agreed to invest in larvik Cell's proposed pulp mill in kunda,northern Estonia.Larvik Cell hopes to have the aid package wrapped up by the end of 2003.The norwegian firm and germany's HypoVereinsbank will finance the rest of the project's Euro 150 million (
