WITH CONSTRUCTION well under way,employees at LEIPA Georg Leinfelder in Schwedt-am-Oder,Germany,are eagerly anticipating the startup of PM 4,the company's new 3000,000 tonne/yr LWC machine.Scheduled to start production end-August 2004,progress has been "excellent",according to company officials and there is optimism that the newVoith machine may make its first paper in July.
