摘要

TQM is an approach for continuously improving the quality of every aspect of the business life. It is a never ending process of improvement for individuals, groups of people and the whole organization. TQM is also defined ?s a people-focused System that aims at a continual increase in customer satisfaction at continually low cost. TQM falls under the following three categories, with a lot of overlapping.
