Ampacet finalizes acquisitions

Ampacet Corporation,the global leader in colour and additive masterbatches,has finalised the three acquisitions it announced at NPE in June 2003.Polimaster S.r.L.,Milan,Italy;PolyColour Ltd.,Telford,England;and Corland of Camacari,Bahia,Brazil,are now owned,perated and recognised as part of Ampacet's global color and additive masterbatch business.
