THE Human Machine Interface (HMI) is the central point for visualization, controlling and monitoring the co-rotating twin screw extruder and peripherals through suitable communication links and protocol. With an HMI system, the drive is controlled from the touch screen of the HMI (Multi Panels or PCs with appropriate pointing devices), which operates through Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
