Internationally accepted approaches to conducting life-cycle assessments are "fully suitable"to assess potential health and environmental effects of nanomaterials and products made with nanomaterials,according to a report released March 20.The Nanotechnology and Life Cycle Assessment report synthesizes the results of an Oct.2-3,2006,workshop organized by the European Commission and the Woodrow Wilson Center's Project on Emerging Nano-technologies.
