Moscow-Russia's leading oil producers and specialists from the Energy Ministry have agreed to from a working group to study problems relating to the planned con-struction of a crude export pipeline from East Siberia to China and the general prospects for transporting oil to markets in the Far East, the ministry announced Oct 15.
