OPEC president Sheikh Ahmed Fahed al-Sabah said high oil prices made it unlikely OPEC would cut crude output at its Mar 16 meeting in Isfahan despite a projected oversupply of 1.3-mil b/d in the second quarter.Indeed,he said,OPEC was more likely to raise production."I think there is no need for a cut at these prices," Sheikh Ahmed,who is also Kuwait's oil minister,told reporters in Kuwait City.
