A greener chem show

The 52nd biennial Chem Show kicked off its three days of exhibitions and programming at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City on Oct. 30, 2007. Upwards of 7,000 registered attendees reportedly visited the 600+ exhibitors, which included a large international delegation of 56 exhibitors from 17 countries. Russell Heinen, vice president of SRI Consulting, opened with a keynote address on the implications of greenhouse gas (GHG) regulations on the chemical processing industry.
