Facing the future of new zealand's largest Port of Tauranga Ltd. (POT) has established a regional market position as New Zealand's largest port by throughput. POT is improving revenue diversification through changing commodity mix and property income. These strengths are offset by the difficult competitive operating environment in container trade in New Zealand, which is accentuated by global shipping consolidation, a concentrated customer base, and increasing labor and fuel costs.
