Improved performance and productivity is claimed for the new short tailswing excavator from Case CE, the CX24D SR model. This is the latest addition to the firm's D Series line-up and is designed to provide increased digging and lifting power in confined work areas. The machine features a compact counterweight and modified boom placement that minimise its footprint, allowing use in compact sites such as alongside highways, working on bridges or operating in urban construction.
