The Grampaw Pettibone Squadron was honored to have as guest speaker at our December 2018 meeting, Mr. Mike Ciminera, Northrop Grumman Vice President, Retired. Cindy Macha, GPS Ops Officer, introduced our speaker, who dedicated his presentation to the creation, design, development and operation of all Grumman F-14 versions over a period of 36 years. The F-14 traces its origins to the experimental variable sweep wing XF-10F-1 Jaguar fighter of 1947 and to the joint TFX (Tactical Fighter Experimental) program that produced the F-111.
