Gold award for VWS

VWS (UK) has won a gold medal award in the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2011. VWS (UK) Ltd is the registered name for Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, ELGA Process Water and ELGA LabWater. The award will be presented at a ceremony in Birmingham this month. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), a safety charity, launched its awards programme 55 years ago. The scheme looks at accident records and entrants' health and safety management systems, including practices such as strong leadership and workforce involvement.
