Optimise 'ramps up' for busiest year

Optimise carries out capital works, repair and maintenance and developer services for Thames Water. Far from ramping down, the forecast for year five of the five-year contract is now in excess of £110M, making this the busiest year yet. Last year (year 4) the joint venture delivered £102.7M of Value of Work Done (VOWD) for capex - the busiest year since the AMP began.
