BBV looking after Scotland's wastewater infrastructure

Scottish Water's £340M wastewater infrastructure programme covering SR15 2015-21 will be delivered by BBV Alliance, a new consortium set up by Black & Veatch and Amey subsidiary Byzak. BBV will deliver upgrades, maintenance and new infrastructure assets in Scotland, with an element of the work being self-delivered and the remainder delivered through contract partners. Under the alliance agreement, Amey and Black & Veatch are operating as equal joint venture partners working in collaboration with Scottish Water. Each of the partners has provided wastewater services on behalf for Scottish Water to improve infrastructure for its five million customers across the country.
