How do 153 cities and counties fairly, efficiently and uniformly collect more than $1.2 billion of utility user's tax (UUT) revenue each year through hundreds of utility providers from millions of customers ― while utility technology changes rapidly, new services are being introduced, new federal and state laws and regulations are being adopted, and new utility providers are entering the field almost daily? Clearly, this is complicated business. Enter the UUT Technical Task Force (UUT TTF).
