The Main Street Plaza Office Building and Fender Museum of Music and the Arts are more than just new additions to a tired and worn-out area of Corona, a city whose population nearly doubled in the past decade to 137,000. The two buildings are helping revitalize a blighted section of North Main Street and serve as a catalyst for future development. The Main Street Plaza complex also helps meet the growing demand for office space, recreational opportunities, a cultural center and high-level jobs in a city that is experiencing robust economic and population growth.
