Awa Specialist Networks Update

Where has this year gone? I can barely believe I'm writing an article for the final issue of the Water Journal for 2008. And what a year this has been! Following is a snapshot of some of the specialist network activities during 2008. The network ran a series of technical presentations in QLD which were very popular and included international speakers. Network convenor, Chris Adam, also continued his representation of AWA on the Australian Asset Management Collaborating Group, which aims to facilitate national collaboration on engineering asset management strategies, share knowledge and technology transfer within the discipline, and then host an annual National Forum for Asset Management.
