Farming-out reed technology

Reed beds are best known for the treatment of domestic sewage. They are a proven and accepted technique by the Environment Agency (EA) and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for the treatment of domestic sewage in rural areas where connection to the mains sewer is not available.
